Vertex Workforce Solutions was incorporated in January 2026 by two principals whose combined experience in workforce management, HR, and operations spans decades and continents. The company is new. The expertise behind it is not.
The UAE runs on people. Managing them shouldn't require a department.
Most manpower providers in the UAE are either too large to care about mid-scale projects, or too small to handle compliance with confidence. Large agencies route your brief through layers of account managers. Smaller ones cut corners on WPS, accommodation standards, and documentation.
Vertex was built to sit between those two failure modes — experienced enough to navigate the compliance landscape, lean enough to give every client direct access to the founders who made the commitment.

Founder accountability
Every client engagement is known to both founders. There is no account manager layer between you and the people who made the commitment. When something needs to move quickly — and in this industry, it always does — you talk to Rakesh or Shalak directly.
Compliance from the start
We do not bolt compliance on as an afterthought. WPS payroll, Emirates ID, medical insurance, MOHRE filing, accommodation standards — these are built into every engagement from the first day of deployment. You do not get surprised by a compliance issue three months in.
Speed without shortcuts
24-hour scoping is a commitment, not a marketing line. We maintain a pre-qualified worker pool across the trades we serve. Fast mobilisation does not mean skipping medicals, skipping documentation, or deploying workers who are not trade-tested. It means having done the work before you needed us to.

Rakesh brings more than 35 years of international experience in human resources, recruitment, and workforce management across the GCC, Europe, and Russia. His career spans the full spectrum of workforce operations — from large-scale project mobilisations to multi-jurisdiction payroll compliance and long-term HR outsourcing programmes.
He is the operational backbone behind every deployment Vertex makes — managing sourcing, compliance, and delivery with the discipline of someone who has seen every failure mode the industry can produce, and built systems to avoid them.
Shalak Naik
Co-Founder & Director
Shalak is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned operator with over 25 years of experience across travel, technology, and business development. He has founded and scaled multiple startups, giving him a founder's instinct for what breaks at scale and what needs to be built right from the start.
At Vertex, he leads strategy, client relationships, and the operational infrastructure that keeps workforce delivery consistent at scale. He brings the systems thinking that turns deep operational expertise into a business that performs reliably — not just on the first engagement, but on every one that follows.
