From the subcontinent. Qualified before departure.

We source from across the Indian subcontinent — the region that supplies the majority of the UAE's skilled blue-collar workforce. Workers go through trade testing, medical fitness clearance, and documentation checks before they travel.

01

Brief received & scoped

We confirm the trade, certification level, headcount, site location, and expected duration within 24 hours of your brief.

02

Sourcing & trade testing

Workers are identified through our subcontinent recruitment network and trade-tested before selection. Welders are coded-tested, NDT technicians are qualification-verified.

03

Medical clearance & documentation

Medical fitness tests, Emirates ID coordination, employment contracts, and insurance are handled before departure. Workers arrive with documentation complete.

04

Deployment to site

Workers are mobilised to your site — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or any of the seven emirates — WPS-compliant and ready to work from day one.

Two ways to work with us.

We offer both Vertex-sponsored and client-sponsored models. The right choice depends on your project structure, duration, and how much employer liability you want to carry directly.

Model A — Vertex sponsorship

We employ. You deploy.

Workers are on Vertex's payroll and visa. You pay a consolidated monthly service fee per worker. No direct MOHRE exposure, no visa processing, no payroll administration on your side.

  • Workers employed and sponsored by Vertex
  • WPS payroll processed and managed by us
  • Single monthly invoice per worker — all-in
  • MOHRE compliance is our responsibility
  • Flexible — scale up or down during the project
  • Exit and final settlement handled by Vertex

Best for: project-based work, flexible headcount, clients who want zero HR admin

Model B — Client sponsorship

We recruit. You employ.

We source, screen, trade-test, and present the workers. You employ them directly on your company's visa. You carry the employment relationship and payroll responsibility from day one.

  • Workers employed and sponsored by your company
  • You manage payroll and WPS compliance
  • One-time recruitment fee per worker placed
  • Full control of the employment relationship
  • Workers become part of your headcount
  • Suitable for long-term or permanent placements

Best for: long-term projects, clients building their own workforce, companies with in-house payroll capability

From brief to on-site.

01

Brief

You tell us the trade, headcount, site location, start date, and any certification requirements. We confirm feasibility and timeline within 24 hours.

Typical mobilisation is 2–4 weeks from brief to workers on site. This covers sourcing, trade testing, medical fitness clearance, documentation, and travel. Emergency deployments of locally-available workers can move faster — discuss your timeline with us directly and we'll give you an honest assessment.
