Source & test
Sourcing options are reviewed for the agreed roles. Candidates provide their own credentials for employer or interviewer review.
Clear
Medical, visa, identity-document, and other clearance steps depend on the applicable arrangement and required approvals. Responsibilities are confirmed for the specific assignment.
Deploy
Mobilisation proceeds when the requirements and approvals for the agreed workforce supply arrangement are in place. Employment and assignment responsibilities follow the quotation and contract.

If you have a long programme or multiple project sites, a call-off framework removes the need to re-brief for every headcount movement. We agree the commercial terms once and you call off workers as the programme demands.

Candidate documents
Candidates provide role-related certificates and supporting documents for review by the employer or interviewer. Vertex does not issue candidate certificates.
Applicable approvals
Required permits, documentation, and approvals depend on the employment arrangement and the specific project. The parties’ responsibilities are confirmed before mobilisation.
Mobilisation planning
The role, work location, target date, documentation, and other project requirements are reviewed together. Feasibility and timing are confirmed in the quotation.
