Sourcing & trade testing
Workers identified through our Indian subcontinent recruitment network and trade-tested before selection. Welders are coded-tested, NDT technicians are qualification-verified, skilled trades are assessed against the role spec.
Medical fitness clearance
All workers are medically cleared before departure. Fitness-to-work certificates, pre-employment medicals, and any site-specific health requirements are handled before the worker boards a flight.
Documentation & contracts
Employment contracts, offer letters, and all pre-employment documentation prepared in compliance with UAE Labour Law. Workers arrive knowing their terms — no surprises on site.
Visa & Emirates ID
Visa processing (under Vertex or client sponsorship), Emirates ID coordination, and MOHRE registration handled. Workers arrive legally cleared to work — no day-one compliance gaps.
Transport & site logistics
We coordinate arrival transport from the airport to accommodation or site. For remote locations across all seven emirates, we plan the logistics so workers arrive on schedule rather than lost in transit.
Accommodation coordination
Accommodation can be coordinated by Vertex or arranged by the client — whichever fits the project model. Where we coordinate, facilities meet UAE labour accommodation standards.

Brief received & scoped
You send us the brief — trade, headcount, site, start date, certifications. We confirm feasibility, recommend the right visa model, and agree the commercial terms within one working day.
Sourcing, testing & shortlisting
Our subcontinent recruitment network is activated. Candidates are identified, trade-tested, and shortlisted against your specification. We send you profiles for approval before any commitment is made.
